These terms summarise the key rules that apply to playX membership, bonuses and gameplay. By registering an account, you agree to play by them.

1. Account Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to register and play at playX.
• One account per person, household, device and IP address. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and winnings voided.
• Account details must be accurate and match your payment accounts — see the withdrawal guide for name-matching requirements.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made through accounts registered in your own name. Full details are in the deposit guide.
• playX does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; your bank or eWallet provider may apply its own charges.

3. Bonuses & Promotions

• Each playX promotion carries its own turnover (rollover) requirement, which must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Bonuses are limited to one claim per member unless stated otherwise. Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or syndicate play may result in bonus forfeiture.

4. Fair Play

• All playX games run on certified random number generators from licensed providers, and live casino tables are dealt in real time by professional dealers.
• The use of bots, automation tools or exploits is prohibited.

5. Responsible Gaming

playX is committed to responsible play. Gambling should be entertainment, never a source of income or a way to recover losses.
