Five rules cover nearly every dispute a casino ever sees. Here they are as playX applies them — read this before your first bonus, not after.

Rule 1 — One Real Identity

You must be at least 18, you may register exactly once, and the details you register with must be genuine. playX cross-references households, devices and IPs when it screens for multi-accounting; where duplicates turn up, the newer account is closed and anything it won is forfeit. Your registered name is also the yardstick for payments — the withdrawal guide covers how the name-match is checked.

Rule 2 — Your Own Payment Accounts Only

Third-party transfers are the single most common reason a payout stalls. Deposit and withdraw only through banks and eWallets held in your name (methods and limits are in the deposit guide). playX adds no charges in either direction; any fee you see belongs to the payment provider.

Rule 3 — Read the Bonus Before Claiming It

A playX bonus is a contract: it names its rollover multiple, eligible games and expiry when you claim, and those conditions must be met before bonus-linked funds can be withdrawn. One claim per member is the default. Hedging both sides of a market, claiming through linked accounts, or grinding a bonus with minimum-risk patterns all count as abuse and void the bonus plus its winnings.

Rule 4 — No Automation

Every RNG title in the lobby — including the NextSpin catalogue — runs on independently certified generators, and live tables are dealt on camera by real dealers. In return, playX requires human play: bots, autoclickers and exploit scripts end an account.

Rule 5 — The Budget Is the Boss

Slots are entertainment priced by their RTP, not an income plan. Fix what a session may cost before it starts, stop when the budget or the clock says so, and never re-deposit to win back a loss.
